Users of the RTI Blockchain platform can upload documents and/or images, which may contain personal data. When a user uploads a document and/or image to the RTI Blockchain platform, RTI Blockchain will process this personal data. RTI Blockchain will process this personal data as a processor
within the definition of the GDPR. This privacy statement does not apply to these processing activities.
When you contact us via, for example, the contact form on the Website, we collect and process your email address and/or other necessary contact information that you provide to us. This contact information is used for our legitimate interest in responding to your question or request (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Using the App and Web Application, you can create an account on the RTI Blockchain platform for the company you work for. RTI Blockchain receives your full name, email address, phone number, and password as you enter them in the registration form. RTI Blockchain uses this information to
to confirm your registration and enable you to use the RTI Blockchain platform. This processing of personal data is necessary for the execution of the agreement between the company you work for and RTI Blockchain regarding the use of the RTI Blockchain platform (Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR). If you do not provide this personal information, you will not be able to use the RTI Blockchain platform.
In addition to the purposes described in this privacy statement, and only to the extent expressly permitted by law or when RTI Blockchain is required to do so, we may use your personal data for the other purposes described in the GDPR and other relevant legislation. In that case, RTI Blockchain will comply with the transparency principle and the other principles of lawful and lawful processing of your personal data.
RTI Blockchain does not make automated decisions about you. These are decisions made by computer programs or systems without human intervention.
The processing referred to in this privacy statement can be (partly) carried out by external service providers, such as IT suppliers, on behalf and at the expense of RTI Blockchain.
We do not keep your personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which we process it. The retention period may vary by purpose.

If you have created an account on the RTI Blockchain platform, we will keep your personal data for the purposes of your registration until you delete your account.

Our systems and software are effectively secured to prevent unauthorized access to your personal data inside and outside our organization.
